Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to give me a 24 hour notice will result in a fee of $25.
Same day cancellations and no shows will result in a fee of the entirety of your service.
I understand life happens and emergencies come up, all I ask is that you reach out and communicate with me and I'll try my best to work with you!
If you are 5-10 minutes late we will just do a solid color or what l decide I have time for.
If you are more than 15 minutes late with no communication you will be marked as a no show and be charged the $25 fee.
All fees must be paid before you are able to reschedule your appointment.
Policies
Please dont bring your children with you.
Children are not allowed at your appointment unless they are receiving a service.
As much as I love kids, it's still a place of work and my space isn't very big.
If you are unable to leave your kids please reach out and reschedule ahead of time!
FIRST time clients: I will not fill over product that isn't mine.
Please come with clean nails and remove your current enhancement prior to your scheduled appointment for your safety and mine.
Payment will be required after the service is finished.
If you are unable to pay at the time of your service, you will be asked to reschedule.
